If your domain DNS is not yet pointing to our servers you can still access cPanel and WHM by using the IP address provided in your welcome mail.

https://YOUR.SERVER.IP/cpanel

Or

https://YOUR.SERVER.IP:2083

If you cannot locate your server IP or do not have access the welcome letter you received upon signing up or you still have trouble locating your IP address, please contact our chat support. They will gladly provide that information!

After you have navigated to the cPanel homepage, you should be able log in!

Troubleshooting cPanel access problems

It doesn't matter if your password or login username isn't working. Our Support team can reset your cPanel password.

I get a 404 error or blank page when I type: http://www.mydomain.com/cpanel

If you have just changed your DNS Name servers, this may occur. Wait a few hours for your domain to propagate across the globe.

You can also attempt to log in using the server IP as shown below.

http://YOUR.SERVER.IP/cpanel

The Login Page Failed to Load

Two possible reasons could be the cause.

Your local office or network administrator may be blocking port 2082 or 2083: You will need to troubleshoot your network connection to allow the use of this port, or point your domain to our server and connect using http://cpanel.yourdomain.com, which works over port 80.

Our firewall may be blocking you. This happens when there are several failed login attempts in a row. This is likely to be the reason you are unable to access the panel.
